But I actually made this post because for the past few weeks I have met 2 friends on my blog who I think are the best at this topic and I want to make a post especially for them both so they can share their thoughts! They have the best resources for this… and their powers are not the same as mine… so I invite both Esigh and Bigungmama to share thoughts on the topic posted above… And this would be a nice resource for JJH and YEH fans who both want them to end up with each other me included. If you think it’s real, please don’t hesitate to drop in a comment and your thoughts about the two of them. Sharing is caring and that is what my blog does! J. Article: Yoon Eun Hye x Joo Ji Hoon got into a dating scandal in the past for filming kiss scene in Myungdong. Source: Insight via Instagram. 1. [+371] Sigh, it's coming back to me. 'Goong' ㅠㅠ I don't think any remake could ever live up to the original.. ㅎㅎ.
Actor Joo Ji Hoon appeared on the December 9 episode of tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block.” On the show, Joo Ji Hoon shared that he is currently filming the upcoming drama “Mount Jiri” and the upcoming film “Silence” working titles. Joo Ji Hoon made his debut as a model after a family friend recommended that he try the job. He then turned to acting with his breakthrough leading role in the 2006 drama “Goong,” which was a hit in Korea and abroad. He said, “I happened to meet the director of Goong’ by chance. My manager suddenly suggested I try acting, so I did some lines right there on the spot. I didn’t know when to blink, so I ended up in tears, but I think the director thought I was very immersed in the emotions of the scene.” He continued, “When I first started acting, I hated going to set because I would get scolded a lot. I would get cursed out and it was frightening. There were fans of the original Goong’ manhwa that requested that I step down from the drama.” Joo Ji Hoon also talked about his friendship with writer Kim Eun Hee, who wrote the hit Netflix zombie series “Kingdom,” and the actor Jung Woo Sung. Joo Ji Hoon said, “Jung Woo Sung drinks alcohol without any snacks or food. I begged him to at least make some ramyun, but he said he isn’t really interested in food. At his house, there’s only ice. There’s nothing to eat. It’s like a hotel. He’s the kind that’s always tidying up.” The actor made the MCs laugh in surprise when he suddenly confessed that he had a touch of gout while talking about how he had turned 40 Korean age this year. He also talked about what he wrote down as his occupation when he traveled abroad. “I write no job’ or traveler’ if I’m not working on anything at the moment,” he said. “I once wrote actor’ and showed them a video of something I was in. I was caught once in the United States when I blocked a one-way street and I used the movie Along with the Gods’ to prove my identity.” Asked what he had given up to pursue acting, Joo Ji Hoon said, “Not being able to date freely? I want to travel with my parents, but it’s hard to goon ordinary trips.” He added, “There are things I’ve lost, but I try to think positively about what I can do to make up for what I lack. If I had just one photo I could take with my family, I’d take a photo with my sister in the old neighborhood where my parents live.” Watch “Goong” also known as “Princess Hours” below! 198 September 1, 2008 Joo Ji-hoon and Yoon Eun-hye, almost back together again by javabeans Goong lovers, take note! Your favorite faux royal couple, Yoon Eun-hye and Joo Ji-hoon, just may be teaming up again in a new drama. The two former onscreen lovebirds are top picks for the lead couple in MBC’s new Personal Taste [개인의 취향 — working title]. One rep from the drama side explained that the production company is nearly finished with its casting and contract issues, and put the likelihood of a Yoon-Joo match-up at “very high.” The plot A restless girl wants a gay male friend, ’cause fag hags are cool. The guy wants a place to live, so he pretends to be gay as they live together. In an interesting genre pair-up, we have the director of the jokey rom-com Fantasy Couple Kim Sang-ho and the writer of the weepie Sad Sonata Lee Sung-eun working together. Okay, first of all, we have several favorite kdrama clichés built right into the premise, including two of my favorites cheesy but effective! enforced proximity the better for falling in looove! and mistaken/pretend identity to add angst when the pretender has to unveil his/her true self. This sounds like a hasty potluck of past hits, drawn upon in hopes of re-creating prior successes, like a Coffee Prince meets Fantasy Couple meets Bottom of the Ninth with Two Outs. Second of all, it sounds AWESOME. Yoon Eun Hye reminisced about her legendary kiss scenes on the latest episode of MBC's 'Radio Star'. On the April 27 KST broadcast of MBC's variety show 'Radio Star', actress Yoon Eun Hye, actress Myung Se Bin, Cosmic Girls' Bona, and comedian Heo Gyung Hwan made a guest appearance. On this day, Yoon Eun Hye reminisced about her legendary kiss scenes from her major successful dramas 'Princess Hours' and 'Coffee Prince'. First, Yoon Eun Hye talked about her kiss scene with Joo Ji Hoon in 'Princess Hours'. She first explained that because she spent most of her youth as an idol promoting with Baby Vox, she genuinely enjoyed filming for 'Princess Hours' because her character was able to wear the high school uniform, hang out with friends, go on romantic dates, marry, and live the life she never was able to in real life. Then, the topic naturally moved to the topic of her legendary kiss scene with her co-star Joo Ji Hoon, which had been a very realistic kissing scene on the public streets of Myeongdong. Yoon Eun Hye stated, "There is a kissing scene on the streets in 'Princess Hours'. The director back then suddenly took us to an area in Myeongdong. But we [Joo Ji Hoon and I] were dragged there without even knowing what we were filming and how we were filming it. There was one assistant director far away, and there was a camera set up somewhere far away where we didn't know. We didn't even know the location of it. The director is usually very charismatic, so we would hear sounds like 'Stand over there! Take off your hat! Kiss!' But people really started to gather and surround us , and even took pictures of us. But as much as it was hectic, [the kissing scene] felt real." Yoon Eun Hye then talked about her kissing scene with actor Gong Yoo in 'Coffee Prince', which had drawn major attention during its broadcast back in 2007. Watch the clip from 'Radio Star' above!

Yoon Eun Hye missed last year’s round of year end drama award palooza since starring in a ratings, critics, and audience-panned stinker like Marry Him If You Dare Mirae’s Choice does ensure even an awards staple like her gets to stay home this time. This week she popped up on One Night of Entertainment in a short interview held at the photo studio where she was doing an ad campaign for handbags. First off, she looks adorable and happy and the long locks helps immensely in erasing all vestiges of Mirae who can’t choose. The interviewer did play a game with Eun Hye which is one that is quite common which is to ask her to do a round robin among all her single leading men. I remember the drama Best Love with Gong Hye Jin and Cha Seung Won incorporated this silly interview game into the end of the drama and his character picked hers publicly and thus outed their relationship. That was drama land, of course, so this interview didn’t have any shocking reveals other than Yoon Eun Hye wondering if she would get a text after this interview aired and the guy she picked asking her that he didn’t know she had such feelings for him. Heh, I love her cheek. The seven leading men were Yoochun, Lee Dong Gun, Gong Yoo, Kang Ji Hwan, Yoo Seung Ho, and Jung Yong Hwa. Initially the interview added Lee Seon Kyun but took him off since he’s married. I found it weird the omission of Joo Ji Hoon since he’s still single as far as I know. She was actually really fast in deciding between pairs of twos and surprisingly ended up deciding between Jung Yong Hwa whut? and Gong Yoo ah yes. Her final choice was her Coffee Prince leading man Gong Yoo and I’m sure that roused a dormant ship from long ago back into life. I actually think she and Gong Yoo made a phenomenal pairing in that drama and would love to see them do something together again. I doubt she’s his type since the leading ladies he’s been linked with are of the more cool lithe variety. Who knows but if she didn’t pick the guy you ship her with, never fear, there is always something called reverse psychology. Enjoy the interview below! I thought this was known since a while ago def seen it mentioned ok youtube comments but it’s nice to have confirmation! Goong was really THAT drama, YEH and JJH may have been rookies to acting but their chemistry was flawless and it along with the aesthetics/production values, really made the entire production. It’s been 15 years and now kdrama wardrobes have all kinds of luxury designers sponsoring them, but no modern drama has ever approached the creativity of the traditional-modern hybrid costumes they had for Chae Gyung. I really hope they scrap the remake, but if they have to go ahead with it please at least make sure the leads have chemistry instead of just going for popular but dead-eyed idol actor types who don’t have chemistry with anyone
